Sage Shark Limitada is the licensed entity operating the online gaming brand MINT under the authorization granted by The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Gaming License No. ALSI-202507035-F12, issued on July 23rd, 2025. The Company is incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica, holder of company number 3-102-930410, with its registered address at Province 01 San Jose, Canton 02 Escazu, San Rafael, Four Hundred Meters South of the Multiplaza Shopping Center, House No 400 on La Ceiba Street to the right, Costa Rica.

Please note: while the brand MINT is operated by Sage Shark Limitada, all payment processing is handled exclusively through its appointed service providers, which may include one or more subsidiaries established within the European Union.

In case there are other language versions of our Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Access and Gameplay

2.1. You can begin playing at MINT Telegram Casino by taking the following steps:

Deposits from wallets associated with illicit activity, anonymous mixers, or flagged blockchain paths will be subject to enhanced scrutiny or outright rejection.

3.1.2. You may not deposit funds into MINT if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee the legality of our service in your specific location.

3.1.3. Deposits flagged by our compliance systems — which include AML transaction monitors, IP address pattern analysis, and behavioral risk scoring — may be temporarily frozen pending investigation. Deposits suspected to involve criminal or fraudulent origins will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice.

3.3.4. Residual balances that fall below the minimum transferable value after a session (due to gas fees exceeding the value of funds) may remain in the account in a pending state until supplemented by future deposits or formally written off under dormant fund policies. No interest is accrued on idle balances.

4. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

4.1. MINT, operated by Sage Shark Limitada, a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica (Company No. 3-102-930410, registered address: Province 01 San Jose, Canton 02 Escazu, San Rafael, Four Hundred Meters South of the Multiplaza Shopping Center, House No 400 on La Ceiba Street to the right, Costa Rica), strictly prohibits access to its Telegram Casino services under specific conditions, whether legal, geographic, technical, or behavioral. Users found violating these provisions may have their accounts permanently restricted, balances confiscated, and activities reported to authorities.

4.1.2. The following actions are also strictly prohibited:

• Creating and operating multiple accounts under a single identity or family/household to exploit promotions, bonuses, or gameplay mechanics;

• Automating play through the use of bots, scripts, or any software not provided or expressly authorized by MINT;

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game results, launder funds, or share winnings deceptively;

• Engaging in arbitrage, chip-dumping, or other behavior designed to circumvent fair play standards;

• Accessing the platform on behalf of someone else, especially someone in a restricted country.

4.1.3. Any attempt to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal, unethical, or exploitative behavior — including gambling addiction encouragement, targeting minors, or linking MINT accounts to fraudulent financial services — will result in immediate account suspension.

4.2. Enforcement and Consequences

4.2.1. If we have reason to believe that you are in breach of any restriction or policy outlined above, we may immediately suspend or close your account without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Locking or freezing of account balances;

• Withholding of winnings until investigations are concluded;

• Reversal of bonus credits and cancellation of wagers;

• Cooperation with law enforcement or financial regulators where required.

4.2.2. If an account is closed under suspicion of a prohibited use, the user forfeits any claim to pending balances, bonus awards, or future participation rights unless legally obligated otherwise.

4.2.3. In the event that violations are identified after withdrawals have been completed, MINT reserves the right to reclaim such funds through legal or administrative means, including smart contract reversal mechanisms (where applicable) and blockchain-based recovery paths.

4.2.4. All decisions made by MINT regarding violations of these Terms are final unless overruled by a competent licensing or judicial authority.

5. Security and User Responsibility

5.1. As a user of the MINT Telegram Casino, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all access points to your account, including your Telegram profile, associated phone number, crypto wallet, and any authentication credentials used.

5.1.1. You must ensure that your Telegram account is protected by strong device-level security. This includes enabling passcodes, biometric locks, and ensuring your Telegram session is not left open on shared or public devices.

• Loss of access to wallets or mnemonic recovery phrases;

• Installation of malicious software or phishing-related compromise;

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cryptocurrency wallet — used for deposits or withdrawals — is configured securely, backed up properly, and not shared with anyone else. You acknowledge that the loss of access to your wallet may result in the permanent inaccessibility of your funds.

5.3. You are also responsible for monitoring the activity on your account and reporting any unauthorized or suspicious transactions to our support team immediately. We may be able to suspend activity, but we are not responsible for financial damages that occur before a breach is reported.

• Freeze your funds for investigation;

• Temporarily disable gameplay or wallet access;

• Request enhanced identity verification before reactivation;

• Report the incident to relevant cybersecurity or regulatory authorities if warranted.

5.6. MINT does not offer custodial services. Your wallet balances remain under your control at all times, except during transactional execution (e.g., gameplay wagers, bonus locking, pending withdrawals). We do not insure balances, offer guarantees, or operate as a financial institution.

5.7. You agree not to hold MINT liable for any financial loss, reputational damage, or data breach resulting from negligence, technical failure outside of our control, or errors in blockchain confirmations or smart contract execution.

5.8. We strongly recommend that you educate yourself on secure crypto practices and consider engaging in responsible gambling behavior to limit financial exposure. Self-exclusion and deposit control features may be available upon request.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These Terms and Conditions are issued by Sage Shark Limitada, licensed in Costa Rica to operate online gaming under ALSI-202507035-F12, issued on July 23rd, 2025, and may be amended, updated, or replaced at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

6.5. MINT operates independently and is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP or its subsidiaries. Telegram is a communication medium, and as such, bears no liability for the operation, management, or outcomes of services provided through MINT’s Mini App.

6.6. By using MINT Telegram Casino, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms;

• All activity undertaken through your account is legal and authorized in your jurisdiction;

• You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and any tax obligations arising from your participation;

• You waive any claim against Sage Shark Limitada, MINT, or its partners arising from your own negligence, unauthorized use, or misinterpretation of the Terms.
